Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms govern access to and use of the Pulsar application operated by Maroš Chmeľ, registered at Juh 1064/49, 093 01 Vranov nad Topľou, Slovak Republic. Contact: pulsarmind.support@gmail.com. By using Pulsar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Pulsar is an educational application focused on developing communication skills using artificial intelligence. The service includes:

• Training – enter a thought or choose from a scenario; AI identifies weak communication patterns and explains why. A Challenge verifies understanding. Then you answer — AI evaluates your assertiveness level.
• Insights – capture moments from real life where you noticed a shift in how you think or express yourself; AI evaluates the pattern.
• Spider graph – visualization of communication skills progress across six categories (courage, openness, precision, initiative, balance, rationality).
• Badges – gamification elements earned by completing training sessions across communication patterns.

3. Registration and Account

Registration via the Clerk service (Google or email) is required to use the application. You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of login details. The operator reserves the right to cancel an account in case of violation of these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Pulsar offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pulsar PRO plan:

• Monthly subscription: €9.99 / month
• Annual subscription: €90.00 / year (save ~25%)

Prices are final. The operator is not a VAT payer. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Cancellation is possible at any time via account settings – access to premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are available within 48 hours of the first purchase. Send requests to the contact email.

5. AI Generated Content

Content generated in the application (pattern analysis, challenge evaluation, assertiveness assessment) is created using Google Gemini AI (Paid Services). The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated content for specific situations. The content serves exclusively for educational purposes. Pulsar is an educational tool – AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate for a specific context. The operator is not liable for any actions, decisions, or conflicts in personal or professional life arising from interpretation of content in the application. Use of the application does not replace professional psychological or communication counseling.

6. Age Requirement

Use of the Pulsar application is permitted for persons over 16 years of age. If you are under 16, parental or guardian consent is required. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to:

• Enter content containing violence, hatred, or sexually explicit material into the application
• Attempt to bypass the application's security mechanisms
• Automated extraction of content or data from the application
• Share access to a premium account with other persons

8. Intellectual Property

The Pulsar application, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of the operator. AI-generated content based on your inputs belongs to you; however, the operator reserves the right to use anonymized data to improve the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Pulsar application. The application is provided as-is, without any guarantee of availability or error-free operation.

10. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You will be informed of substantial changes by email or notification. Continued use of the application after the changes is considered consent to the new terms.
